Leo is the brother (yes, he is not here in real life) but however. He does push Rafe to do almost all of his OPERATION RAFE operations. When Rafe fails at something or isn't doing good, Leo pushes him to do better or makes up lives (like three lives your out) or more points for one really cool trick. Leo see's past everything. Literally. Leo also plays an important role in Rafe's home life as well. He talks to him, he understands him, and he calms Rafe down. Leo really tires to bring up the good in Rafe. There are times when he says that he shouldn't do something because it is a big risk, but he may or may not do it. I feel that without Leo in this book, or even having Leo be Rafe's friend; wouldn't be the same. It would change the whole perspective and what he actually stands for.
